About the project

Caspers Company is Florida’s leading McDonald’s restaurant chain. For more than 10 years, they have turned to Levy Recognition for custom trophies and employee recognition awards.

The Challenge:

For several years, Levy Recognition has had the pleasure of producing awards for Casper’s All American Competition. This annual event is a competition where crew members compete for top honors as the best at their position. The competition is company-wide and there are winners in 14 positions throughout Casper’s 53 stores. Caspers asked Levy to create trophy designs for each of the competition’s categories. Some of the categories included “Drive-Thru Cashier,” “Fastest Team,” and “Team Spirit.”

The Solution:

Levy’s design team knew that pride and team spirit were an important part of the Casper’s All American Competition. Embodying the meaning of “All American,” Levy produced a series of designs that featured patriotic stripes of red, white, and blue. Other design elements included star patterns and cutouts. The pieces are customized with the winning team’s name and the individual participants on the team. Individual awards are customized with the winner’s name.

About the Client:

The Caspers Company owns and operates more than 53 McDonald’s locations throughout Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas. Caspers Company is a family owned and operated by Blake Casper and his sister, Allison Casper Adams and husband, Robby Adams. They show their commitment to their employees through recognition programs like the All American Competition. The annual competition empowers employees and encourages them to perform their job tasks to the best of their abilities. The spirit of the competition is teamwork. Individuals and teams of employees are challenged to make their restaurant the “best of the best.”

Caspers Company is a testament to the power of employee recognition. Throughout the years, they have built strong, committed employees who have pride in their jobs. The All American Competition brings out the hard work, dedication, and determination each member of the Caspers team feels when he or she begins each shift.

The All American Competition culminates with a “Spin to Win” Crew Rally where 800 All-American competitors compete for cash and prizes. This year, teams came together at the Lowry Park Zoo Safari Lodge to celebrate the end of the competition at the All American Awards Banquet. Guests were able to interact with animals and meet several of the zookeepers. But the best part of the night was the awards presentation that took place during dinner.
